Designed around the most commonly used tourniquets (CAT & SOFT-T), it features elastic sides and adjustable hook and loop secured flap. The MOLLE Universal Tourniquet holder features a Hypalon pull tab that provides extra grip when needed. An essential item that should be in your Tactical Medical gear kit.
